  • Product Descriptions

    Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We have made every effort to reproduce colours on the Website as accurately as possible. However, different computers reproduce colours in slightly different ways, and so colour matches are not yet possible over the internet. If you are not satisfied with the colour of the item you have ordered, we offer a no quibble 14 day money back guarantee on all products. Please see our returns policy.

    We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

  • Placing an Order

    • All customers need to register first before placing an order,  by registering with us, you will be able to place an order,  check your order history, change address, get newsletter (only if you subscribe for it, and you get full support.
    • Once you have placed your order, you will get a confirmation from us to advise with the time of the delivery.
    • Usually most parts are in stock, only a few items may take up to 14 days to manufacture. We will inform you on the progress of your order.

  • Shipping

    • Most orders within the UK will be shipped using Royal Mail services unless another courier has been selected by the customer
    • We also use City line, DHL, Fedex, UPS and some other courier
    • Usually it takes 3-7 days for the item to be delivered from the date of shipment (this can be different from the date of the order)
    • FlightSimulatorParts is not responsible for any delay caused by the courier and no compensation will be considered in any circumstances.
    • We strongly advise our customers to take insurance cover to cover any damaged items on transportation. (please contact us if you would like to take the insurance cover)
  • Order cancellation

    • It is your right to cancel your order at any time within the manufacturing time (Before dispatch)
  • Returns Policy

    • Your right of withdrawal with 14 days of receiving the items, 20% restocking charge will be applied to cover administration costs, refund will only be applied for the costs of the item only excluding any shipment charges.
    • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the part back to us, it is always recommended to use recorded delivery so we can track it just in case it gets lost.
    • All return must be in the original condition; any defect will be rejected and will be sent back to the customer.
    • Customers will need to contact us first to obtain an RMA number, to allow us to track the return and process the refund faster.

How do I pay?

You can pay either online. We accept payment in United Kingdom Pounds (£), Euro (€), United States Dollars ($), Australia Dollars (AU$), Denmark Kroner (DKK), Norway Kroner (NOK) & Sweden Kronor (SEK).

For payments made in GBP we accept; Visa, Maestro, and Visa Electron, MasterCard. For all other payments we accept; Visa, Visa Electron, JCB and MasterCard.

We also accept payment through PayPal for GBP, Euro, US Dollars.

Please do not send cash or cheques to us.

What about VAT/sales taxes and duties?

We prepay VAT on all orders.

What about P&P?

Delivery to the UK is from £2.99 or FREE when you spend £15o or more and We are now delivering to over 200 countries– full details can be found on the delivery page for your chosen country. UK orders of two or more items may be dispatched separately. Click here to find out more about delivery.

How can I track my order?

When you use one of our tracked delivery services & outside EU delivery, we’ll automatically send you an email with your tracking number, and the address for the courier company’s tracking website, as soon as we dispatch your order. Follow the simple instructions to keep tabs on your order every step of the way.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are normally dispatched within 7-14 working days of the order date. The majority of orders within UK and EU are received within 4-8 working days, and the order for the Rest of The World are received within 10-20 working days. However, as we cannot guarantee the speed of the postal service please allow up to: 12 working days for Standard UK Delivery orders, 20 working days for Western Europe and 25 working days for the Rest of The World.

Do you ever run out of popular product lines?

Occasionally yes. In the unlikely event that an item is not in stock we will contact you within 72 hours of the receipt of your order. You will have the option of cancelling or continuing with the remainder of the order. If you would like to be emailed when a particular product comes back into stock please contact us with the product details.

What do I do if I have not received my order?

If you have not received your order after the time periods outlined in “How long will it take to receive my order?” please contact us and we will do all we can to help.

How can I get information on special offers and Voucher Codes?

You can be kept up to date with our special offers and any Voucher Codes that we may be running by opting into receiving our e-newsletter and emails. You can do this by registering on our website.

Do I have to register to make an order?

As an internet company, we do request that you register with us and place your orders online. However, we appreciate not all of our Customers have email addresses set up (Required for registration), and as such we do facilitate telephone orders up to the value of £50.00. Please contact us for further information.

How do I change my password?

To change your password, simply login to your account, select Login Details under My Details and type in your new password as directed.

How do I know your website is secure?

Security is extremely important to us, our Website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Certain areas of our site use industry standard SSL to encrypt sensitive data, such as your billing address details. We record IP address of persons submitting orders to aid fraud prevention and will disclose any information necessary to fully co-operate with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected lawbreakers.

For your added security all payment pages are hosted and processed by WorldPay which means that we don’t hold records of your credit card details.

Can you take me off your mailing list?

If you no longer wish to be kept up to date with our special offers and any Voucher Codes, you can remove yourself from our mailing lists by logging into your account page and selecting Contact Details & Billing Address under My Details. At the bottom of your details is an option for you to be included or excluded from any correspondence.
